The Sriracha Honey Sunrise was well made and tasty. Was room temperature but still tasted ok. I did order a large NEW! Caramel Iced Coffee which did not come sealed and was in an Einstein Bros Bagels cup?? I looked up info and see you are both owned by the same company but it did have me wondering if the Dasher gave me someone else's drink. Anyways, was still iced on arrival and good flavor. Sweet but could still taste the coffee

I was very disappointed with the sandwich it was cold and the bacon was under cooked. The bagel was supposed to be an everything bagel. It's just been a hit or miss the last few times. When you call the store they're so nonchalant about it it makes you not want to come back.

Hands down best bagel I've ever had. The brisket was cooked perfectly. tender and full of flavor. both of them were perfect. and i mean perfect. Western BrisketSmokehouse Brisket Egg

the amount of actual Western Brisket on the sandwich was so disappointing. if you pull the top off and take a look there's such a tiny amount of brisket there. to the point where it doesn't even reach the edges of the bagel. it's a small little serving right in the middle

Ordered the Smoke Smoked Salmon sandwich and was pretty dissapointed with it. Bagel wasn't cut all of the way through, it wasn't cut in half, cream cheese didn't even cover the bagel, got two small single slices of onion, and the salmon was very skimpy. Not saying it needs to be stacked, but it was incredibly lacking. I frequent Bruegger's, both through DD and in person, and they're really going down with the quality of what they put together.
