The food was amazing in taste and texture.. However not worth the price. Specifically, NOT having grits is the reason why I am even leaving this review. $48 for ox tails and grits. I expected a larger portion and the corn grits that should have come with it. Even though this could have been a rectified oversight, proportion added to the disappointment.
The crab cakes were the best part, but a bit overcharged as well.

The Biscuits and Gravy (2 biscuits, gravy, breakfast potatoes, 2 eggs) is the best I've ever had, egg cooked to perfection, potatoes lightly seasoned not overpowering, biscuits crisp yet fluffy and moist in the middle didn't even need to use the butter, and the gravy stole the show I paired it with everything on my plate and it was spectacular, it was so good that I had to make this review lol

The fish was the best I've had in Dallas. Yet, the seafood gumbo greens were not worth the expensive price. The shrimp tasted old, sausage hard to chew and not enough greens. The grits weren't soft enough either. I would say the cornbread was tasty though.

Kristel and Chris continue to put out quality great fresh food the Seafood Greens Gumbo (greens, shrimp, andouille, crab, slice of corn bread) is packed with rich flavor and is great for a cold day. The Wings & Eggs (3 deep fried jumbo wings, breakfast potatoes, 2 eggs, a biscuit or toast) are the best fried dish for miles in the 75126. We will always order again while we are in this area.

I ordered Fish, Grits, and Eggs (catfish, cheese grits, 2 eggs your way, toast or cornbread), Strawberry Lemonade and the wings and Wings & More (3 deep fried wings, 1 Waffle or 2 Pancakes or 2 French Toast). Flavor wise, there were no complaints. Disappointments: 1) The containers BB uses melted due to the temperature of the food. 2) There was no plastic wear provided. 3) The syrup lid didnt fit and almost spilt all over my wings and waffles meal. 4) The catfish, eggs and Fish, Grits, and Eggs (catfish, cheese grits, 2 eggs your way, toast or cornbread) only has 1 filet. I was sure the last time I ordered this it came with 2 filets, also we asked for them to be scrambled hard but they were placed on top of the grits so therefore became soft due to the temperature of the grits.
