Up until last week the veg thali would have 2 curries (one of which was a paneer curry), rice, dal, rasam, sambhar, sweet, papad, naan, and even pakoda. Small quantities of each of those items that were tasty and made the $18 price tag worth it. Today I didn't get either of the two curries, or the naan so the quantity fell off. Hopefully it's a one off during a busy time and not the new version of the veg thali!

Long time customer of Brundavan. Consistency in taste and quality was why I kept going back. Most recent order (today) was disappointing. The Vada was not fully cooked, the batter inside was soft and soggy like it wasn't in the fryer long enough. The puris were extremely oily because they too were not fully cooked through. The idlis however were soft and fluffy like they always are. Must be a sign of the times because the prices have gone up too. Hopefully just an off day today.

Brundavan in Charlotte gets a 5/5! Thalapakattu chicken and mutton biryani are delicious. Ven Pongal is outstanding. Punugulu portion is generous. Highly recommend!

Super flavorful. Yes curry and poori a little oily. I ordered Poori Chicken Curry Cholay Samosa Chat and Masala Dosa. They sent a lentil soup that was pretty good as well could have used acid. First time having dosa and I enjoyed it. Fairly priced.

this place cant even make a good milk shake, im uttely confused about how you mess up a milk shake. you can expect better quality food at a fast food restaurant than here, prices are too high to be having my food not prepared and cooked with care. seriously disappointed.
