oh my goodness, Brisket and Choose One was a mistake to order, when I initially saw the pieces of Brisket i felt I was given a massive portion worth the price. yet join eating initially bites it was so tough I questioned if it was undercooked or overcooked - the meat fibers didnt fall apart. the sides I request were put in appropriate sized containers yet put about half or less than half of sides onto those containers. Hush Puppies were a separate side I ordered and it was so undercooked internally I couldn't finish it, including the fact that there was no sauce to go along with it. I used to eat here but I guess with the new ownership cut the costs of the processes and the quality of the food. I just cant believe with what I spent..

Hit and miss. The pulled pork was excellent, huge portion, tender and flavorful. However, the brisket was leather, and the ribs were only ok. The mac and cheese was creamy, but almost no cheese taste, it's mostly cream/roux, so a miss for us. Other sides were good but not great.
Also, $100+ worth of bbq meat came with not one single side of BBQ sauce. Repeat, ABSOLUTELY NO BBQ SAUCE was included with our gigantic bbq order. What are they thinking??

Fried Gator and Brisket were perfect. Sides were also outstanding. Better than the texas joint all day.
