The burgers from Buffalo Wild Wings are so criminally underrated. The Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Burger is 10/10.

Expected a wait with the chiefs opener for the year however, I scheduled three hours ahead, showed up to get my food and ended up waiting an extra 50 minutes from the pickup time. Got home with my food and had ordered the dip trio, barely received any queso or guacamole, for example each container was less than half way full. The queso was cold, and not at all fresh. We got our wings and they tasted alright but the quantity of both orders was incorrect. I have never had a bad experience in store but would not order to go again from this location. Poor experience overall.

Ordered a combo that comes with up to 4 flavors of boneless wings. The wings themselves only had 2 that were coated and the remaining wings seemed like they were reheated from being under a warming light for a while. They were super tough and hard to chew, even the sauces ones. However, the tots we ordered were probably the best tots I've ever had!
Also, although the deal says the wings come with fries, it forces you to add an 'additional' side between 4 items. Two are a dollar upcharge and 2 are $4 more, and the deal does *not* actually come with fries.

My order was not ready when I arrived, they didn't even make it. The employee told me they didn't make the order because they were out of root beer which doesn't make sense in my opinion. Food was delicious but the amount of chili cheese fries I received was a tiny handful. Food is over priced but is good quality. I do not recommend the chili cheese fries.

French Fries were great and fresh. My only cmplaint was my own fault,when you choose a seasoning,don't say 2 lol. That was a lot of lemon pepper on a small fry. there were enough fries that my mom and I shared. Definitely would get again!
