I am very pregnant and BWW has been my biggest clutch. Everything always comes correct, the Mac & Cheese is always cheesy and delicious.

Ultimate Nachos was not ultimately at all. Chili was dry. Asked for no peppers. I got dry chips. Very little shredded cheese and I mean very little. And peppers. No queso on the nachos $30 wasted

Wings were great. They normally are. We had sauce sauce and garlic parm. The fries were cold and there may have been 8 of them in the box. Everything was clearly just thrown in the bag because there was sauce all over the inside of the bag and one of the boxes was basically not even closed. We keep giving them more chances and have tried going in, getting take out, and now door dash. It always sucks so this was their last shot. The food is alright but the careless staff is going to take the whole ship down. There are too many chicken shacks in this area to be so sloppy...

the title says ultimate nachos, correct? please explain your definition of ultimate - if its a large portion of chips with 8 jalapeño slices, 3 flakes of fresh cilantro and a micro-ribbon of sour cream, you crushed it

I normally LOVE BWW, but today's order was really bad. Packaging was great! Nothing was missing. But the wings were HORRIBLE. They looked good on the outside, but they were CREMATED. I like well done wings, but these were almost inedible.
