As you know, their wings have reduced in size until now they are little more than sauce, skin and bones.  If you order here you'll receive mostly flats and they will indeed be flat.  Sad as this used to be a meal.

Honestly terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My food arrived cold. Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap was soaked in sauce to the point it was inedible and slimy. The cheese was hard. Boneless Wings were overcooked and the honey garlic tasted like bile/vomit. I ordered a Bottled Drinks and they didn't notify me, but gave me a flat fountain soda. The only decent thing was the Garlic Mushrooms and they were soggy. It's ashame a chain restaurant is so large it can serve terrible food and still stay in business. This was my second time with the same issues. I hadn't ordered from her in months bc of this and again, it was a waste.

The wings are not crispy. I hate eating rubbery chicken skin so, I basically removed it all and got to taste very little flavor of the sauced chicken. Also some of the chicken still had feathers on it and what looked like freezer burn.

They didn't put silverware in our bag for our Mac n cheese and when my husband went back inside to ask for it, he was met with attitude asking if it were for the wraps we ordered. My husband explained we had Mac n cheese and also needed ranch also met with that we didn't order it instead asking if he would like to purchase some. Just plain rude.
