Our first time ordering fromBWW, AND IT WAS SUCH A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! I Call it an Experience because each 15 Boneless + 15 Traditional Wings & Fries Had the most fantastic flavors and sauces/dry seasoning on them! I ABSOLUTELY WILL ORDER FROM HERE EVERY TIME I WANT WINGS, OR CHICKEN ! The battered onion rings were DELICIOUS!

So...
1) They did not include utensils, but taped a bag to the inside of the bag that made me have to literally rip apart the bag to get into the order.
2) My tater tots were mostly shredded (see photo)
3) The boneless wings were also half shredded.
I am not sure what happened but it was very disappointing and as I was stuck working alone at work and unable to take a break I couldn't do anything to get them replaced.
Which was quite disappointing.
That being said, generally the service and food quality here is decent. I assume this was a fluke.

I got 5 Original Chicken Dippers because I wanted 2 sauces. But I feel like the 3 dippers portion size is better for 1 person. The chicken is cooked well and juicy, the exterior is crispy and flavorful! 10/10

The chicken was overcooked to the point of being inedible. The nuggets were extremely small and dried out, I maybe had two out of 10 nuggets that were decent size and not overcooked.
