The wings were amazing but I only got 3 carrots and they were very dry.

This is the second time I've ordered from here in the past few months using Door Dash and my order has been wrong or incorrect both times. And you order $50 dollars worth of food and get 1 ranch dressing and 3 carrots and 2 celery.

The Mushroom Swiss Burger was extremely dry and burnt. Way overcooked, very disappointing. Came with Cheddar cheese, not Swiss, no mayo , no mushroom gravy or onions, or garlic, just dry burnt mushrooms and burnt patty. I added my own mayo just to try to eat it.

Terrible customer service, sauce is thrown in bags with no tops, most of the sauces that I paid extra for were missing from the order completely! The house salad was nothing that giant pieces of white iceberg, lettuce… The wings have barely had any sauce… Worst experience of Buffalo Wild Wings yet

This the fourth time we order and we get everything wrong. I ordered a Classic Chicken Wrap no sauce and they sent a wrap with cheese and some kind of sauce. No ranch, missing a drink, and no sauces on the side. I paid $150 for the order, they need to pay more attention.
