Lechon Kawali was delicious and the rice was sticky, which is exactly how my grandma would make it. Pancit (for 2) could have been more seasoned, but it was able to be seasoned to my taste at home. LUMPIA (10) PCS.. was a little thick for me, like little egg rolls.. but I'm used to making my own so it might just be a texture thing for me. all in all, great place to eat.

The food was actually delicious! But my goodness, the meat portions were so itty bitty! We paid over 70 bucks! With the fees and everything, we know it's all getting expensive. But out of all the restaurants that we have ordered from lately, this has the smallest portions for what you paid! The barbecues were so small and the kawali was cut into the smallest pieces, I've ever seen from any of the Filipino restaurants over here. What happened Buco Resto bar? I enjoyed the value and quality from Kainan more. Sorry, just telling the truth!

Large portions, packaged well and steaming hot!
The Pancit ( for 1) was delicious my only issue is the noddles, there were more of the oversized fat noddles and overcooked instead of the traditional pancit noddles but the flavor was awesome!
The BBQ Skewers (3) PCS were Horrible! Overcooked, super salty and inedible

let's start with the good. Pork BBQ Skewers (3) Pcs was delicious. well marinatedand, tender, and juicy. the best I've had in a long time. Garlic Rice was also delicious it was alosy enoughor two people. big chunks of garlic that i wished some were crspy fried but it was still good. now let's talk about the bad. Sizzling Sisig tasted old. the meat was tough, over flavored, and dry. it was barely edible. I'm unsure if it's because it was later in the evening but usually even filipino bars served their Sizzling Sisig to perfection as it's a staple drinking food. now back to the rice. both the Garlic Rice and the Steamed Rice had pieces of dry and over cooked rice so be prepared to crunch occasionally if your lucky. if this was a star rating I'd give it a 3.5 stars. the only real saving graces for this place to me is the bbq and flavor of the garlic rice. i would order again. well at least the bbq and try a different dish. thank you.

LUMPIA (10) PCS...amazing as usual. The chicken was hot and juicy. Super large pieces of chicken, definitely will order again. Especially with the deal, it was a great value.
