Burger was overcooked and was dryer than a WNBA game, Jalapeño Cheddar Bites, had no cheese. Only thing that was decent was the soda.

Ordered two strawberry shakes and received something that I could it even recognize. When I called the woman told me sorry the shake machine is down so I have you frozen soda and the proceeded to hang up on me

why have us select choices for no pickles or no onions and yet they still put them on. this burger king has turned into a real let down everytime you order or go there. always making things wrong, to busy on their phones against the side of the counter.
