This location consistently never follows directions. If you ask for no sauce on your burger, you are punished with a soggy burger literally swimming in the sauce you didn't want. Fried sides are always overcooked. DO NOT BOTHER ASKING OR PAYING FOR CONDIMENTS - YOU WILL NOT GET THEM. Finally, make sure you have straws in your home before ordering drinks as with all the times we have ordered here, we have never once been sent straws.

the burgers were DRY AND OVER COOKED, there was onion on the cheeseburger wasn't supposed to be there, fries were cold and over cooked
