Both large fry and medium fry were almost empty The bag is sealed so obviously it was bagged this way. Also did not receive the chocolate Chocolate Shake or the sauce I paid extra for.

They were out of an item I ordered (chersey bacon tots)and called to let me know; they then gave me two options to replace the tots. I appreciate great customer service.

The whopper was fresh and good. The nuggets were terrible. They looked dried up and old. I ordered ranch with my nuggets but only got honey mustard and not a single napkin was included with my food.
