• 19/10/25Ordered a Chocolate shake, they brought be an iced coffee as a replacement? Also ordered the Honey Mustard Royal Crispy Wrap and the lettuce was brown and wilted, they put regular mustard instead of honey mustard and the "chicken tender" was a chicken cutlet cut in half. Door dash won't give me a refund even though I uploaded multiple pictures.

• 11/12/24This is the third time I have ordered a Bacon King and asked to add pickles and it comes with only pickles. There is a section to remove the other items on the burger, i did not select any items to be removed. This is really disheartening. Other items in our order were messed up, too. Please try to be better

• 14/3/26Quality was terrible!! The lettuce was brown and wilted, bread was old and hard, and the Original Chicken Sandwich was missing the added cheese and tomato. FAIL all the way around!!
