• 13/2/26Ordered x2 Whopper and a Barq's drink, the staff only gave the dasher the drink but the rest they didn't give. When the dasher arrived, he explained to my bf that he confirmed With the staff if this (barq's) is all the items for my order and they told him yes, even though I paid for everything. Not to mention, the drink wasn't even packed properly. Usually they'd put the drink in cup holder and put it in a paper bag, but this time they didn't and they didn't even provide a straw. Hope they can resolve this issue and get my refund.

• 3/2/25I got the Double Bundle. I did not know onion rings were kettled cooked nowadays.. they were hard as a rock. The fries weren't fresh. chicken sandwich came without any of the condiments i wanted but it was no biggie. other than that the whopper was okay. I would give it 5 stars if the fries and onion rings were fresh.

• 5/9/25Highly disappointed. Missing items (e.g., ordered onion rings, got fries instead; chose sauces too - none received), Food didn't taste fresh either. Did not have BK in a long time, and due to the experience will not be ordering BK for long time again.
