This location in castro valley has gotten much better recently, all orders have been complete and relatively hot/warm as well.

besides the2 chicken sandwiches that were missing, whopper was dry and cheese seemed to be only half a slice. with a large order only one napkin was given..I requested no onions yet there was a 1 piece and 5 little pieces of lettuce.. my daughter even ordered again some onion rings since we forgot and they forgot the zesty sauce and an inch stack of napkins came compared to the previous order. whoever was working that day paid little attention and seemed to not care. wish there was more consistency from BK. I was visiting and this location in Hayward that did the order was disappointing..

There is nothing royal or crisp about the Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich. The bun is too thick, I dont appreciate the end cuts of the tomato, and the chicken was dehydrated and mostly batter which was not crispy so I just have a mouth full of salty mush. And you want $9.49 for this ?? Hard pass

Everything was AWESOME!!! The Jack-O-Lantern burger tasted great! the fries arrived super fresh and crispy, which never happens with fast-food delivery, so that was a pleasant surprise. And, the cute vampire nuggets were yummy too! I'm very pleased with how our meal came out tonight.😋
