Every item is over cooked. The burger was cold, hard and burnt. The chicken nuggets cold and hard. Fries same over cooked and cold.

If I could give no stars, I would. Every single time order, items are missing or made incorrectly! Not only did that happen this time but the meat on all of the whoppers tastes old and the buns were hard like they just gave whatever was sitting under the heat lamp all day. Stop sending out food that YOU wouldn't eat yourself and pay attention to the orders because there is no excuse that every order is missing something!

Steakhouse Bacon Whopper® was ok. not only the usual bun. Cheesy Tots were over cooked and dry. Jalapeño Cheddar Bites were not even in my bag.
