• 7/7/26I wrote a very poor review at noon today on my order that was missing the Hershey pie at $3.35.
This wasn't the first error made by burger king.
I never received a response as to deducting the amount or putting it on my account as a credit.
In this case Burger King & Door Dash failed miserably in customer service.

• 7/7/26HERSHEY'S® Sundae Pie at $3.35 missing from order. Either bring it back or deduct from charge card or from next order. Your store constantly makes errors on deliveries. Try to improve customer service by training your staff how to put ordered items in the bag!

• 1/10/25The Whopper Meal was great. The burger tasted fresh. The only thing I would say the fries were cold. Portion size is great. I would definitely order again. I just probably wouldn't order fries and they also didn't give me my sundae, but I believe they substituted it for a pie.
