the Large Hash Browns were so overcooked they were more like chips than Large Hash Browns and the Egg-Normous Burrito had no hash browns in it

The food is good, but this Burger King uses the most flimsiest drink carriers. If the Dasher doesn't ask the BK counter person to double up the carrier, the drinks are more than likely going to spill before delivery. If they are going to continue to use the flimsy carriers, then they should automatically double up the carrier so it will hold more than one drink securely. It is very frustrating to order food and expecting it to be delivered and then learn that some of it is missing or was spilled.

the buns are not toasted at all the bacon is burnt and the hamburger I feel was just thrown in a microwave Thai is the second time Thai has happened

I ordered a soft serve ice cream cup. It wasn't in the order. I always order ranch dressing with the chicken nuggets. They were missing from the order. I don't like to complain, I just want the food I paid for.
