My "large" hashbrown arrived 1/3 full and my sandwiches that were ordered with no egg also came with no cheese which was not ordered that way leaving me with one slice of cold ham on a croissant. Almost$7 just for the croissant. Rid

Paid $7 for a shake and it was melted and only half full. The burger buns were hard and stale

I am pretty happy with my deliveries. The food has been very good. We absolutely hate mustard it ruins burgers. Last night's order had a burger with mustard and my son bravely ate it. The burgers never arrive looking like someone sat on them. They always look good. Keep up the good work guys and thank you. In the defense of the bagger the burger was marked with no mustard and no pickle. So it was a lazy worker who didn't want to remake a burger in the back not the person at the counter. Please remember the option to inform/request BK of a food or dislike is turned off. I don't understand how that happy meal burger had mustard because they don't come with mustard.

usually everything arrives looking yummy fresh. Unfortunately our burgers were smashed. I mean they looked squished. Just a sad BK night.Original Chicken SandwichDouble Cheeseburger was all we ordered. Why do they smush the burgers?
