Tuscan Chicken Sandwich was delicious. the bread was a little over toasted but I'd still rate it a 5 overall. The Housemade Pomegranate Lemonade lemonade was refreshing. sweet & tart but perfectly balanced.

Overcooked tiny piece of salmon and stale bread.. Would not order again. Wants to be Urban Plates but has a long way to go.

Tri tip Grass-fed Tri-Tip Bowl (gf) is delicious. Be aware that when you order a side of Focaccia Bread & Scallion Sauce (ve) it comes with one individual slice (which I don't think is worth the $2 and something cents tbh). I also got a side of Grandmas Mac & Cheese which I would NOT recommend. Seriously the worst mac ive ever tried. It looks like it would be really good but it has absolutely no flavor.

First time ordering from here and I am blown away!!!! Everything I ordered was absolutely delicious! I am a couple days away from giving birth, and every craving was completely satisfied..and I have a ton of leftovers! Every item was packed with flavor and fresh. I can even feel the baby dancing around in my belly! I am definitely a loyal customer now.

First time trying this place and it was great. TONS of moist chicken, the peri peri sauce was tasty and the squash was well cooked.
My friend had a tri-tip bowl and really enjoyed it.
Healthy food and plenty of it!
