There are many burger spots in Chicago. Sometimes I'll think "I want a cheap burger" and I'll grab something like Burger King. For Butcher & The Burger, this has never been my thought process. Some fairly pricey burgers here, but it's worth every cent. I try to eat here as often as I can afford, best burgers I've ever had

I would eat from here every single day of my life if I could. Burgers are 10/10 every time. Onion seasoning and cajun seasoning are my absolute favorites and you HAVE to get the Truffle Mayo for your fries. The fries are already amazing on their own but the sauce is SO. GOOD.

I saw the reviews for this place and was hopeful, but it definitely did not live up to the hype. the fries were literally just potatoes, unseasoned and cut like fries. they were pretty soggy as well. I ordered a medium burger that definitely came medium-well and they barely put any sauce on either my or my wife's burger. would rather have just ordered from 5 guys or Small Cheval.

I had the House Prime burger delivered. Which can be iffy with a burger. It was perfect and delicious. I'll be ordering again!
I prefer skinny fries, but these were pretty good.
