The first time we ordered the pizza (shrimp and sausage), it was awesome. The crust was delicious as well.
We ordered it again today and it came out burnt on the bottom. It was almost inedible. Unfortunately there is no phone number to call to let them know. The number listed goes to a graphic design company. I was going to give it 3 stars but the inability to communicate dropped it down.

My food arrived cold, and even after heating up both pizzas, neither one of them tasted good. We had the BBQ chicken pizza and the white pizza. The dough was chewy and neither pizza tasted like they had any seasoning at all. Basically a waste of money. We should have just gotten pizza from literally anywhere else.

I had By The Slice at a paint class and it was amazing. I lived in New York for years and this is the closest I've come to authentic NY pizza. You've got to try it!!! Omg, grab the garlic knots, too!

I haven't had pizza like this since I was in New York and OMG the garlic knots are to die for. The Bella Noche is definitely a bonus! You definitely have a repeat customer!!
