Burnt log you pay for the whipped cream. Turns up 2/3 full most times.

Missing items of our order... toast on the breakfast wasn't provided, orange juice missing, chicken schnitzel was missing the melted cheese which given it was an online order it made it impossible to get these provided and spoiled the experience given the order was over $100.
