This is an amazing salad!
I couldn't believe how much chicken they put in this salad. It was so yummy!

We ordered two pork salads. We would rate them a solid 7 this time. Tasteful but way too salty. Next time we would not order the tortilla strips. There was so much lettuce and hardly any rice. Tortilla's were much drier than we remembered. (It has been about 3+ years since our last visit. We are good to go another 3 and we won't feel deprived.)

The sweet pork was disguisting and the lettuce was rotten. So gross. Would not get again. Portion was small.

Cafe Rio Farmington is so different than the one in Layton and especially Bountiful. Their chef must have a different spices or something. I waited four months after our last experience. Hasn't changed unfortunately.
