I'm originally from south Louisiana and can confirm that this is indeed authentic cajun cuisine! We purchased jambalaya, gumbo, and red beans and rice. All of it was absolutely delicious. We will be back again and again, no doubt!

I heated per instructions in hot water and was carefull to not heat too long. The rice was way overcooked! Very mushy, and the flavor was just ok, not anything I couldn't do better myself, and I most certainly will do myself next time. The shrimp were fine.
