Pork Chops / Chuletas De Cerdo Pork chops are seasoned and cooked to perfection. Green rice is the bomb, blacks beans are really well seasoned too. This is one awesome meal. My food always comes nice and hot.
I wish this restaurant carried desserts.

Grilled Salmon is what I ordered tonight along with green beans and green rice. My Grilled Salmon was cooked to perfection!! The portion sizes are always wonderful, I can always make 2 meals. The salmon was nicely seasoned and fresh. This is my go-to dish and I would definitely order it again.
*Praises to the cook, my last two salmon orders were very overcooked.

Large portions! The Canastas Brasa Family Special can definitely feed like 6 people, maybe more! Tastes great! Really love the flavor of the chicken (literally falls off the bone)! It's great with the green sauce which is really spicy but it's delicious! Love the "herbiness" of the green rice with the pinto beans! And the Fried Plantains are fried perfectly and add the perfect touch of sweetness to the meal! Would order again!

One entree is enough food for two meals. This is the best value for your money in the shortpump area. I could rant and rave about the food all day but seriously if you like to eat delicious food, this is the place for you.
