The Chicken Marsala was so
DELICIOUS. Braised chicken
breasts lightly dusted and cut
thin like butterflied, so as to
cook to perfection. Smothered
in mushrooms in a wine-base
with butter and lemon-juice.
We had to "fare la scarpetta" to
soak up every golden drop with
bread.
The Shrimp Scampi was tasty
beyond description. Plump
shrimp in red gravy with garlic.
Two incredible dishes topped
off with GREAT DESSERTS.
Usually, Monday is a slow day
in NH for Italian food, but this
time it was a FEAST.
Cappetta ALWAYS COMES
THROUGH trailing glory.

The chicken parm had great flavor and you can tell it is made there not some pre made frozen cutlets like some restaurants have started using. I look forward to it when I am in the area. The sauce has a great balanced flavor like Mom has been making it all day.

QUALITY dishes at REASONABLE
prices.
The Shrimp Scampi (White) was a
delight, w/ Jumbo Shrimp and an
ample amount of garlic and EVOO
on a generous mound of spaghetti.
The Chicken Marsala was irresisti-
ble -- a complex blend of chicken,
mushrooms and a wine-based,
savory gravy, which we sopped up
with GREAT bread. DELICIOUS!!
The Grilled Salmon Salad & Fresh
Spinach Walnut Salad were the
perfect counterpoints to the rich
pasta dishes.
What a WONDERFUL meal!

There's literally nothing Cappetta doesn't do to perfection. Usually I go for their delicious subs and sandwiches, but I needed something different, and opted for the chicken tenders instead. They were HUGE, a bevy of fries provided with it, and flavorful BBQ sauce was provided. I have yet to order from these guys without complete confidence that I'm in for a treat.

I'm a 3rd generation Italian-American with incredibly high standards for food like this, and I can honestly say it has been YEARS since I've eaten a sub so exquisitely rich in flavor and abundant in portion. I would give Cappetta's Steak Bomber Sub 6/5 stars if it were possible. Molto bene!
