The food was good tasting. But the fish keeps getting smaller and smaller. years ago they were a good size. Now they're so skinny. And they failed to include the two hush puppies.... Or did they stop including them with the 3 Piece Batter Dipped Fish Meal ?

Garlic & Herb Shrimp and Fish shrimp was rancid, not taste bad from flavoring but rancid. Hush Puppies were bigger, that's good. Supreme Sampler Meal one pc chicken was massively over cooked the other pc still had raw breading. White fish was fine. Fries were limp and cold in the middle.

I love Captain D's, and this is a good one. However, I ordered my usual, a Kid's Chicken Tenders Meal and Mozzarella Sticks. The chicken an fries tasted weird. They even had a weird smell when I held them up to my nose. It's either something with the fryers or freezer-burnt food. The only things that didn't have this smell/taste were the cheese sticks and hush-puppies, so that is the extent of my lunch. I was really excited about Captain D's being a part of DoorDash now, too. Disappointing.

Listen to the other reviews regarding the baked potato (loaded or not). Was rock hard and dried out, definitely left under warmer for a ridiculously long time. Everything else was pretty good.
