After looking at reviews and pictures I was looking forward to a nice chicken salad sandwich. The salad was bland. The onion and celery were large chunks. Parmesan cheese was a different flavor match. I appreciated that there wasn't a ton of mayo but the serving was smaller than anticipated and seen in pics.

The pastrami sandwich I ordered had very little meat or cheese in it. There was only one very small thinly sliced piece of pastrami and only half a slice of cheese that didn't cover the whole sandwich. There was no option to customize the condiments and it was absolutely the worst pastrami sandwich that I've ever had in my life. It was far from "Gourmet" and I would not recommend this place to anyone. For $15 this felt like a total rip off as the sandwich was mostly just two pieces of bread with some mustard on it.

Spent 20$ on a sandwich that had 3 pieces of meat and barely any straciatella on it. Never will order again.

The bread was good but the hungry river sandwich had half a slice of meat on the whole sandwich. And half a slice of cheese. The whole thing was arugula tomatoes and bread Definitely not for the hungry river. I took a pic but it doesn’t look like u can load it here.
