• 19/2/25All of my food was absolutely delicious! My chickens so tender is was falling off the bones. Flavoring was perfect. Cake was perfect to end the meal.

• 13/12/25Pernil / Roast Pork Here is amazing, just, yellow rice and big huge chunks of amazing and tasty tasty Pernil / Roast Pork and natural pig fat, with that and the rice you're good now add about two and half pounds of the most tasty pig flesh, if that is your thing. I am Irish we like Mexicans, we eat pig parts as if it was team sport, Pernil / Roast Pork is the best pig in the world, and for me the Pernil / Roast Pork here from the Caribbean Cafe is in my top five Pernil / Roast Pork .But if you are from Washington Heights, this is not a 50/50 rice and beans split, along with green sauce. That is Washington Heights Pernil / Roast Pork but this meat was so tasty one can just eat it with the rice. And the Kola Champagne soda is very amazing for 2.50 in 2025.

• 29/9/22Chicharron de Pollo / Fried Chicken Chunks looks like it was refried and charred super dry limes look brown and older as a Spanish person truly disappointed
Pernil / Roast Pork was almost all the fat meat was super dry like it was the last bits leftover and horrible truly disappointing

• 7/6/25ordered the Bistec Caribeño / Caribbean Steak. The meat was very tough andhe container was mostly filled with peppers and onions. The beans were also cold. The rotisserie chicken was very good.
