Food was cold and lettuce on the burger was rotten. No compensation was given for this $40 order.

i have eat breakfast at Carls ever since the 80's it was Hardee's and the reason the crisp buttery biscuits & homestyle white gravy. Today the biscuits were hard enough to knock someone out & not buttery.Also i paid extra for bacon & didnt get it. so food was mediokre but the door dash girl was phenominal in all ways!

First my burger had ketchup pickles and was not fully cooked right my second one was no bun had none of the right veg

I received a Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper and all the food is cold and a small coffee instead of a large and it took double the time they said it would
