Idk if this a franchise but what happened? The western bacon burger has onion rings and bacon on it which is the whole appeal to the burger. They had some mediocre onion ring replacement and the bacon was cold. If I'm paying $25+ for a combo. I expect higher standards.

I ordered a 9 piece Jalapeño POPPERS® Bites
And what was delivered were fries instead with a note written on the receipt saying out of poppers
I didn't order fries for a reason and I didn't get any notification that they were out of them and would I like something else or a refund for the Jalapeño POPPERS® Bites

the sprite tastes watered down. The dispenser probably needs to be re calibrated. everything else tastes great though!

Fries and Stars were subpar. However the burger was exceptional.
