I bought a couple Spicy Chicken Sandwich 's and they had been over cooked so that I could barely bite through. I spent $35 on a meal I couldn't eat. Wow... though my son's food seemed fine, thank goodness.

Past few times I have ordered for me and my girlfriend, our drinks have been watered down.
Her big burger with cheese came with no cheese nor ketchup.
Weve ordered large Soft Drinks yet were given medium drinks.
I do not reccoment ordering from carls Jr, if you live on the west side of Spokane they need to be better for their price.

Single sour dough wasn't toasted enough, wasn't even crispy, had to put it in my air fryer to toast it and they left off the bacon.

This is the second time I have Doordashed from Carl's Jr. and both times they were very bad. I love Carl's Jr. and so I am so sad and disappointed it was bad again. We got the Handbreaded chicken pieces both sizes with a fry. They were burnt looking and tasted burnt badly. Sometimes you can take off the burnt stuff, but it tasted bad all the way through. I am so very bummed out. The last time we got spicy chicken sandwiches that were really hard, I couldn't bite either one. I will not Doordash Carl's Jr. again. The dasher named" Star" was great. I wonder if this is common practice for this establishment? I hope that if other people have suffered from the food like this, that you would write a review, and they might do better. I am hopeful.
