Pickles were old I took them all out and it changed the taste of the burger , forgot ranch sauce, and waffle fries , refried all u can taste is oil . Didn't finish my food . Famous start is my favorite from Carl's Jr , This time I won't be eating it for awhile.

I was craving this hamburger, so excited to go bite and realized the chicken wasn't fully cooked. I even tried to bite it really hard and separate it. It was really tough. Couldn't eat. It had to throw it away.

I ordered two Hand-Scooped Ice-Cream Shakes™. Oreo Hand-Scooped Ice-Cream Shakes™ was halfway empty. it came with no whipped cream. Did not look good at all. I didnt even taste it. Would NOT order shakes from here. Same thing with the Strawberry Hand-Scooped Ice-Cream Shakes™ , it came half empty and with no whipped cream. A waste of money.

The fried zucchini was amazing. Wish I had ordered two instead of one. Maybe they could be bigger? Only thing I can think of to change.

They did not add grilled onions as noted, did not include ketchup or ranch for the jalapeño poppers. They forgot the waffle fries on our previous order as well.
