This order was not like the Carls Jr franchise that I know. The bread was hard as a rock and the nastiest slimey browish looking onions.The french fries tasted three days old. The soda tasted as it was a hole new creation other than the product that I originally ordered. Disappointing!

I'm allergic to tomatoes and I don't like onions. I specifically chose for these items to not be on the burger. They put them on anyway!

Not sure what kind of hamburger I received but its not what I ordered! There are only 2 small onion rings, a ver small piece of lettuce that I had to look to find it and not even one slice of tomato! When i pay the extra money for an Angus burger I expect to receive what is advertised! I also ordered a Raspberry iced tea but it was basically water with VERY LITTLE HINT of the raspberry favor in the tea! I don't think ill be ordering from this store again! This has happened far to many times at thos store.

The last 2 Cal Classic burgers orders,( totaling 5 items) were delivered WITHOUT buns. Each burger was composed of 2 beef patties, cheese and covered with 2 pieces of lettuce
