Carl's Jr is my favorite burger restauran, specially the fries and big carl. But I don't like the chicke, I think the oil taste weird

I got the Jalapeño Angus Burger and it was soo dry and did not even have nacho cheese sauce on it. When I was eating it all I tasted was the patty, which had little flavor, and onions, with a little flavor from the jalapeños. I'm very dissatisfied and disappointed

food is good but they always tend to forget something like a whole item, they forgot my cheesecake more than 2 times. pretty sad cause it's 3 bucks gone and i was craving it :(
