The loaded fries were old and soggy, size of burger was childsize not the usual size of a double burger, patties 1/4 in thick, cheese mush, spare veggies old wilted, quality of burgers of this chain has dropped

i ordered chocolate shake it came with barely any chocolate shake and the rest whipped cream not worth paying the 5 something

The waffle fries were rock hard and the shake I got was melted and seemed like it had been sitting out a while. Not that good it seemed like they were understaffed possibly they seemed like they wete trying to do too much too fast and mess things up. The quality was def poor.

Chicken was so very very dry. It was harder than eating stale jerky. NOT their normal....hope it's not the new normal . Waffle fries were delicious, like normal.

maybe I was faded, but it was on point with great portions of rings and fresh ah burgers
