The Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich was too well done on the outside. It was small. Nothing like the photo. I won't be ordering chicken here anymore.
Famous Star w/Cheese was delicious. I'm so glad they brought back the iceberg lettuce on the burgers. The green leaf lettuce may be more healthy, but it gets so soggy & mushy as soon as it gets warm from the burger. The iceberg holds up AND stays a little crunchy. Great move!! THANKS

Hand breaded Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich Combo smallest piece of over cooked flat chicken. Nothing like other carl's jr places I've gone too. Feels like I'm only eating mayonnaise with bread.

Big Angus Big Carl® was cold. I did not receive the Hand-Crafted Strawberry Lemonade I ordered. I got plain lemonade instead. My last few orders have been unsatisfactory. It's as if the quality of the service doesn't matter if you don't order in person.
