Carter's banh mi is so fresh. Tasty. Huge portions. U need to hold one banh mi with 2 hands, specialluly the pork crackling it self so crispy. Crackling Pork Belly Banh Mi 200% recommend

Very generous portions! The rice paper rolls are very big, the Banh mi super fresh and delicious. I would absolutely order again!

Excellent Crackling Pork Belly Banh Mi. Easily the best in redfern. Perhaps sydney too. Vietnamese Iced Coffee is potent and amazing!

If you haven't ordered a pork roll here yet you're missing out. Super generous with servings, very fresh, the pork crackling is super crunchy. Super addictive.

Carter's is phenomenal! Always so delicious, fresh and have the best customer service. I called to swap something out, and nothing is ever to hard. Would order again and again!
