Well that was disappointing. We order from here often enough that I can say something went wrong. My sundae was soup. Barely any toppings. I get caramel, hot fudge and cookie crunch. And this time I feel like they cheaped out on a sundae I paid more than $10 for. I will admit it's not normal for the store but this time was the pits

For large scooped sundaes, you should think about offering 2 flavor options and whether customer wants whipped cream. Also rainbow sprinkles aren't an option on door dash. One last thing, if marshmallow sauce is available can it be added to the door dash menu? Otherwise the ice cream is delicious as always!

The ice cream was filled to the top and not melted! This is very unusual for soft serve! It was so delicious and can't wait to finish the rest tomorrow!!

They were out of Oreo rounders, and the chipsters 6 pack were old... The vanilla ice cream in them was actually yellow and freezer burned! Gross!
