At these rices the quality and reliability of the food should top notch. It usually is but when it's not you find yourself asking why didn't I order from the Chinese place down the corner for 1/2 the price?

I graduated from Carvel's College of Ice Cream Knowledge, so I'm well aware of Carvel's quality. You're not going to get a better soft serve.
