This Carvel is great!!! No matter what I order they always have it and they even make substitutions very easy on orders. Delivery is always quick. The new Salted Caramel Cold Brew is AMAZING!!!

I never have any issues with my orders from this carvel...even when we go there in person, the store is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful..we have been using this part carvel for over 20 years! Even with the new tech of DoorDash my orders have been fresh,not melting and always done correctly, the way we ordered..

Lately, I find that the taste and consistency of the ice cream varies. Sometimes, it's exactly what I wanted, and other times, it's okay, just not as creamy or tasty. That's the only reason for not giving it 5 stars.

Butter pecan ice cream tasted very bad. The ice cream must have been old. It had chunks of ice in it. It tasted sour
