The greens and grain bowl is my favorite. The flavors mix well together and ev tastes delicious.

My Grains Bowl was fantastic! The new strawberry sesame sauce tastes fresh like real strawberries! The new salmon was really good too! Everything was absolutely perfect! I loved it and I'll absolutely keep getting food from here! The portions are also pretty generous!

The Greens + Grains Bowl was absolutely delicious and very fresh. I am on a healthy eating journey and Cava definitely has very healthy food so this bowl was exactly what I needed and the portion of the meats were good and I will definitely order again!

Some of the most fantastic food I have ever had in my entire life. I could literally eat it everyday and have nothing bad to say about it. Everything is so fresh and so flavorful! The food is pretty low calorie, you have endless options, and the prices are amazing. This is my new go to for sure. I HIGHLY recommend the grain bowl, side pita, and strawberry citrus drink.

Pita sandwich barely had any filling and the pita chips were caked in salt and pepper and were inedible. This place is too expensive to receive subpar food. We will not be ordering again
