I ordered a full size salad for 17.71 (not mentioning the 10+ fees in service and tax - delivery was free) and got less than a half size salad. There was hardly any lettuce on it, order firery broccoli and got small portion of shredded up broccoli. This is very disappointing and not worth the 17 and change i paid. I have ordered this meal in the past and recieved nothing like this.

Every time I order I end up getting very little to no romaine. It's just the chicken and toppings with soggy shredded lettuce that doesn't even fill half the bowl. I'm done ordering from here

my bowls have been way bigger both other times i've ordered from here. i asked for pickes in my bowl.. and got a singular pickle chip. i also wanted red pepper hummus and they gave me this white blob that i have no idea what it is. it has chunks of jalapeño i think??? does not taste good to me at least and hit what ordered. the cucumbers are soft and soggy like they are not fresh. i would not order again after this experience.

I usually love Cava. I asked for dill dressing on my salad and there was none. When I come to the store for a Greek Chicken salad, it comes with Arugula and mixed greens. My salad only had arugula. A $15 salad should have no mistakes and the bowl should be full.
