OMG healthiest and most delicious convenience food EVER!!! I got the grains + greens bowl with literally everything on it, plus falafel, crazy feta, spicy harissa and hummus. Super greens and right rice. DELISH!!!

My friends and I have recently been obsessed with Cava, and unlike chipotle to get the same great food whether you get it delivered or not. Crazy feta is life, chicken is amazing, and what IS that fiery broccoli?!?!

I've never had this problem with Cava before but my salad was half the size it normally is. Not sure what happened but for $12 I ate my salad in 5 bites. Tasted delicious though, glad I got chips to go with it.

The grilled chicken and roasted vegetables were really fresh. I also appreciated seeing the 3 scoops of feta on top on the Greens + Grains Bowl

I normally love cava but tonight was highly disappointing. The grains and greens bowl had essentially no grains or greens. Actually, I didn't see a single lentil. The braised lamb was dry and essentially flavorless. My kids each got a grilled chicken pita, which also had a lackluster taste.
