both B1 Brown Sugar Pearl and J1 Popcorn Chicken were good, but they put both hot and cold items into one bag, which wasn't great.

Quite possibly the yummiest, most fragrant thai iced tea I've ever had. I like to do 25% sugar to really savor the chai and add some honey boba to it to balance it out. When I ask to reduce the sugar at other spots, it seems as though they add regular milk instead of letting the chai take the spotlight. This is the only spot I go to for my thai iced tea. Thai restaurants make them much too sweet. I will definitely reorder again!

Nothing compares to the boba places in SF. The drinks here are bland and so sour. Service is awful. The mango M1 Golden Mango Pomelo Smoothie (L), pineapple yakult again so sour. The chocolate drink with ice E1 Ice Cream Chocolate 冰岩濃巧克力 helado de chocolate (L) bland too. The oreo egg waffle no taste, J1 Popcorn Chicken 鹽酥雞 palomitas de pollo bland. Tapioca express in Union city products are your best bet for boba and snacks or yifang in fremont for boba too.

taro milk not big enough for price cant even taste the taro the corndog shows 4 in photo only came with one. too pricy for the quant

Not worth it at all. You get less chicken than just the order of it without the bento, and the "bento" is just plain rice and some seaweed. Rip off. Chicken isnt seasoned either.
