I just finished my burger. it was really good. taste amazing, the size was great. the sauce tasted so good. I didn't order fries because the price plus delivery distance would make it cold. I wish they had a place in Reston.

I'm sure experiencing Char'd in person is much better than delivery. Setting that aside, not dinging them for food that takes 30 minutes to get to me. But their name suggests some sort of outdoor grill smoky flavor which I didnt pick up on at all. Instead it was just another ok burger, found myself wishing it was from Cookout instead. Fries fell into the ok category too. I dont mind paying extra for a premium burger, but this just wasnt worth the price.

I use to love the hamburger, but the bread it's different now, with that kind a bread it's disgusting.
