Very disappointed in the quality of the food and value of the customers money. The burgers were small, I am not exaggerating but they were slider size. The bun was hard. The cheese fries hardly had any cheese. The chicken tenders had a weird taste. I ordered a chili cheese dog, and received just a plain dog. I ordered an extra fry, and did not receive that as well.
I am not sure if my family will be ordering from here again. My family spent $115.00, and we feel that the food was definitely not worth that amount.

Bobby's Classic Cheeseburger Meal wasn't cooked all the way and bacon paid for but they didn't provide it. Bobby's Classic Hamburger Meal was no cheese but they put cheese on both Pattie's including the extra patty that I paid an extra $2.00. Fries were soggy and no salt. I'm hoping it was an off day.

The burgers were good but there was nothing included. NO lettuce NO tomato NO onion. It was just bun cheese and meat. I paid $40 and the containers were so light!

The burger was dripping grease and there was grease all in the to go plate. It was also very pink. Thank goodness the fries were good

Spend $55 on three burgers. Missing all add on toppings like lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles on both burger. Missing add on coleslaw side. Carolina burger said no bun due to gluten allergy, but it came with a bun.
Called "store manager", tells me to call next time ahead of time to get a free burger, and there's nothing he can do that I need to handle it through door dash.
Terrible service, food looks terrible, manager needs better customer service training.
Would not recommend Flowery Branch Cheese Burger Bobby's.
Order receipt attached confirming what was ordered, his response is our system didn't show any of that. Complete joke.
