Have always love their general chicken, lemon chicken, and chicken salad, plus many other items. It's "done right" imo compared to other places I've had. So glad they're on DoorDash now.
The general chicken isn't covered in a runny sauce like some other places do with large chunks of chicken, but more like cubed chicken and it's then well seasoned. I think it's their good twist on it, but I think it should be made this way everywhere. I'm almost sounding like a general chicken connoisseur lol...

Chef Kwan never disappoints. The fish fillet in black bean sauce, was so moist, bell peppers crunch. The beef spicy, had great kick yo it. Chow mein crunchy celery, cabbage and carrots not greasy. Pot stickers were well seasoned. The lunch portion is large, you can enjoy for dinner. Will never think twice about ordering.

I haven't had Chef Kwan's as Chef Kwan's since it was Su Hong's and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The Chicken Salad is absolutely phenomenal as it was years ago! The Potstickers, OMG! To say that Jason has carried on the tradition of Su Hong's is an absolute truth! Can't wait to make this my go-to while traveling to the Bay!

They did not serve any sauce with the Sesame Chicken and it was very dry and oily. It's supposed to come with sauce. The Combination Chow Mein (Qt) was very greasy and had a minimal amount of meat and vegetables. The picture of the vegetable pot stickers was deceptive. They are actually green and do not taste good. Overall an expensive and very disappointing meal.

I like that the rice is not oily. The General chicken was very moist, the perfect spicy. The potion of rice and chicken was so much. I will the leftovers for dinner. The chicken salad was very fresh and soy. This is the third tim I hav ordered. Definitely will try again.
